Position Summary:

We are seeking a Periodontist to join the practice in a growth capacity, with the opportunity to build a consistent schedule as patient demand continues to increase. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the ability to grow into a larger presence within the practice over time.

The ideal candidate will be confident in both surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures and motivated to work collaboratively within a multi-specialist environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a full scope of periodontal procedures including scaling and root planing, periodontal surgery, and implant placement.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and coordinate care with referring providers.
Maintain strong communication with patients and referring dentists.
Utilize modern diagnostic tools to support treatment planning and outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of care.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Completion of a CODA-accredited Periodontics residency program.
Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing.
Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-provider specialty practice.
