Position Summary
We are seeking a Periodontist to join the practice in a growth capacity, with the opportunity to build a consistent schedule as patient demand continues to increase. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the ability to grow into a larger presence within the practice over time.
The ideal candidate will be confident in both surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures and motivated to work collaboratively within a multi-specialist environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full scope of periodontal procedures including scaling and root planing, periodontal surgery, and implant placement
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and coordinate care with referring providers
- Maintain strong communication with patients and referring dentists
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools to support treatment planning and outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of care
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Periodontics residency program
- Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing
- Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-provider specialty practice
