General Dentist – Part-Time

Location: Pelham

Schedule:

Monday, Thursday, Friday.
1 Saturday per month.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, family-owned practice in Pelham, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing in a relationship-driven, predominantly fee-for-service environment with a loyal and established patient base.

This role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working independently, managing patient care, and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented practice that values long-term stability and high-quality dentistry.

$800 daily guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher).
33% of collections with potential to increase up to 35% based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and advanced treatments as appropriate.
Manage clinical workflows and patient care independently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
Maintain strong patient relationships and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active New York dental license.
Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required.
Ability to work independently without direct clinical mentorship.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
