General Dentist – Part-Time

Schedule:
- Monday, Thursday, Friday.
- 1 Saturday per month.

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, family-owned practice in Pelham, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing in a relationship-driven, predominantly fee-for-service environment with a loyal and established patient base.
This role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working independently, managing patient care, and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented practice that values long-term stability and high-quality dentistry.

Practice Overview:
- Established, multi-provider practice.

- Strong collections performance and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and advanced treatments as appropriate.
- Manage clinical workflows and patient care independently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
- Maintain strong patient relationships and continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active New York dental license.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required.
- Ability to work independently without direct clinical mentorship.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
