General Dentist – Upper Arlington, Ohio

Schedule: 4-day work week
No evenings or weekends required

Compensation & Benefits:

1099 Independent Contractor
Daily guarantee for the first 90 days, transitioning to 33%–35% of collections

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established and high-performing clinical team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Perform general dentistry procedures including restorative care, crowns, bridges, and extractions
Deliver endodontic and minor surgical procedures as appropriate
Interpret radiographs and diagnostic findings to guide treatment
Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience

Minimum Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in Ohio (or ability to obtain)
Current CPR certification
