General Dentist – Upper Arlington, Ohio

Position Type & Schedule: 
  • Full-Time
  • Schedule: 4-day work week 
  •  No evenings or weekends required 

Compensation & Benefits: 
  •  1099 Independent Contractor 
  •  Daily guarantee for the first 90 days, transitioning to 33%–35% of collections
  •  Opportunity for future partnership / ownership 
  •  Established patient base with strong production opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established and high-performing clinical team. Key Responsibilities: 
  •  Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning 
  •  Perform general dentistry procedures including restorative care, crowns, bridges, and extractions 
  •  Deliver endodontic and minor surgical procedures as appropriate 
  •  Interpret radiographs and diagnostic findings to guide treatment 
  •  Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and post-treatment care 
  •  Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation 
  •  Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience 

Minimum Qualifications: 
  •  DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school 
  •  Active dental license in Ohio (or ability to obtain) 
  •  Current CPR certification
