Our client is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a thriving, well-established private practice in the heart of McKinney, Texas. This is an opportunity to work in a busy, high-end PPO practice that values quality patient care, clinical autonomy, and long-term relationships over rushing through appointments.
Privately owned by the same doctor for 11 years, this practice has built a reputation for creating a welcoming, laid-back environment where patients feel comfortable and team members feel appreciated. With four generations of some families continuing to visit the practice and an average staff tenure of 5–7 years, this is a team that truly values consistency, connection, and a positive workplace culture.

Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: Morning huddle at 7:30 AM; first patient at 8:00 AM, last patient at 4:00 PM; lunch from 1:00–2:00 PM.
- Friday: Morning huddle at 7:30 AM; patient hours from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM, with no lunch break.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care to patients of varying ages and needs.
- Perform adult prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and other hygiene procedures within your scope of practice.
- Build strong patient relationships through education, communication, and a personalized approach to care.
- Help patients understand their oral health needs and feel confident about recommended treatment.
- Complete intraoral scans with iTero for new patient visits and Invisalign cases.
- Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
What We're Looking For:
- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license.
- Previous clinical hygiene experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Dentrix experience preferred.
- Strong patient communication and education skills.
- A relationship-oriented approach to care, with a focus on patient comfort and trust.
- A team-minded attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive, low-stress work environment.
