Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time or Part-Time

Our client, a well-established pediatric dental practice in Pascagoula, Mississippi, is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their growing team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys working with children, educating families, and creating positive dental experiences in a fun, welcoming environment.

Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $40+ per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive hygiene care for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Take diagnostic radiographs as needed.
- Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active Mississippi Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Pediatric dental experience is preferred but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with children and families.
