Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $60/hour.
- Annualized Compensation: Approximately $124,800/year based on full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and preventive dentistry.
- Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and preventive hygiene procedures.
- Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings.
- Take and interpret dental radiographs.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Support a positive, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Maryland.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
