Location: Andover, MA 01810
Pay Range: $58–$62/hour
Annualized Range: Approximately $120,600 – $128,900 per year based on a 40-hour work week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a modern dental practice that prioritizes quality care, strong patient relationships, and a concierge-level clinical experience. This role supports one-hour recall appointments, thorough preventive care, and detailed clinical documentation in a safe and compliant working environment. Hygienists also have opportunities for professional growth through participation in a Hygiene Executive Committee that supports and leads the hygiene team.

Schedule:
  • Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm.

Additional Notes:
  • 1+ year of dental hygiene experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide concierge-level care with exceptional chairside manner while building trust and rapport with patients.
  • Enhance oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancers.
  • Thoroughly document and review patient medical histories and chief complaints.
  • Take diagnostic x-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and monitor patient progress.
  • Perform precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist.
  • Respond appropriately to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment and implement emergency measures when needed.
  • Educate patients on at-home care and long-term oral health maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Massachusetts.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient screening, and detailed clinical documentation.
  • Any additional certification or licensure required by the state to perform assigned duties.
