Schedule:
  •  Monday - Friday (day shifts only)
  •  No evenings or weekends

Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $39.92–$60.32/hour
  • Annualized Compensation: Approximately $83,000 – $125,400/year (based on full-time schedule)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (paid in $5,000 increments at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year anniversaries)
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $8,000 available

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established, patient-centered healthcare organization in central Vermont. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, integrated care environment that combines dental, medical, and behavioral health services to support whole-patient care.

You will play a key role in promoting oral health through preventive services, patient education, and comprehensive screenings, while working alongside a supportive clinical team that values quality care, collaboration, and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform dental prophylaxis, including plaque and calculus removal.
  • Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as part of preventive care.
  • Conduct oral cancer screenings and head/neck examinations.
  • Take and process dental radiographs.
  • Record accurate dental charting, vitals, and patient histories.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies.
  • Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain compliance with state dental practice regulations and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene.
  • Active Vermont Dental Hygienist license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in comprehensive and complex hygiene procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and patient education focus.
  • Commitment to a team-based, patient-centered care model.
