Schedule:
- Flexible weekday scheduling.
- No weekends.
- Option to work four 10-hour days.
- Five-day schedules with flexible hours are also available.
- Full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join an established outpatient practice in Englewood, Colorado. This is not a typical high-volume outpatient clinic. Our therapists treat a diverse range of conditions, including complex musculoskeletal dysfunction, orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, vestibular disorders, and concussions. Patients range from adolescents to older adults, creating a varied and professionally engaging caseload. We believe in treating the whole person—not simply the injured body part. Through evidence-based care, advanced manual therapy, and collaborative clinical reasoning, we provide an environment where clinicians can continually develop their skills and become true experts in orthopedic physical therapy.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, and concussion-related conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Provide evidence-based manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and other appropriate treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment goals, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with other clinicians on complex cases and treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical-development opportunities.
- Contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented practice culture
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Interest in orthopedic and manual physical therapy.
- Commitment to evidence-based care and continued professional development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical-reasoning skills.
New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to apply. An interest in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management is preferred, although clinicians interested in expanding these skills will also be considered.
Compensation:
- Full-time salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually.
- Part-time compensation will be based on the agreed-upon schedule, experience, and employment terms.

- $1,500 continuing education allowance per 12-month period.
- Additional continuing education funding may be considered for approved programs such as manual therapy certification.
- On-site training and professional-development opportunities.
- Continuing education funds may be subject to repayment if employment ends within six months of completing a company-paid course.
