Our client is seeking a full-time Associate Periodontist to join a well-established periodontal and implant practice in Lubbock, Texas.

Our client has created a successful specialty practice with a loyal referral base and a steady flow of patients. The opportunity now exists for an Associate Periodontist to bring additional expertise and advanced treatment capabilities to the practice.

A provider with a strong interest in comprehensive implant therapy, regenerative procedures, advanced bone and soft-tissue grafting, and surgical periodontics can play an important role in expanding the clinical scope of the practice.

There is also an opportunity to develop IV sedation services, creating an additional avenue for patient care and practice growth.

You'll have the advantage of an established patient base and referral relationships while still having the autonomy to develop your own clinical focus and treatment philosophy.

Clinical Scope:
The practice provides comprehensive periodontal and implant services, including:
  • Dental implant placement, including Nobel Biocare and Straumann.
  • Bone grafting and ridge augmentation.
  • Soft-tissue grafting.
  • Periodontal surgery.
  • Crown lengthening.
  • Regenerative periodontal procedures.
  • Comprehensive periodontal disease treatment.
  • Oral and nitrous sedation.
  • Opportunity to develop and expand IV sedation.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • 40% of adjusted production.
  • $1,500 daily guarantee for the first six months.
  • $320,000+ anticipated annual income.

The Ideal Candidate:
Our client is looking for a periodontist who is ready to become an integral part of an established specialty practice and contribute to its continued growth.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Hold an active Texas dental license.
  • Have completed a U.S.-based Periodontics residency program.
  • Be comfortable providing comprehensive periodontal and implant therapy.
  • Have an interest in advanced surgical and regenerative procedures.
  • Value strong relationships with referring dentists.
  • Provide a high level of patient-centered care.
  • Be motivated to grow an already successful specialty practice.
  • Bring a collaborative, professional approach to patient care and teamwork.
  • Have IV sedation certification or an interest in pursuing IV sedation privileges (preferred, but not required).
