Part-Time Opportunity (Growth to Expanded Schedule)
Schedule:
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 1x per month, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Option to add Tuesday or Wednesday (flexible hours between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

The practice includes 5 dedicated pediatric operatories and an additional 3 orthodontic operatories, creating a collaborative, multi-specialty environment. The clinical team is supported by a strong hygiene model, including a full-time hygienist and expanded function dental assistants (EFDAs) assisting with hygiene, ensuring consistent patient flow and efficiency.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join the team in a replacement capacity, with the opportunity to grow into additional days over time. This need is driven by a reduction in provider availability, creating strong patient demand and the ability to build a consistent schedule quickly.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, efficient, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced pediatric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including preventive, restorative, and behavior management services.
- Create a positive, engaging experience for pediatric patients and their families.
- Utilize digital imaging and scanning technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with orthodontic and general dentistry teams when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high clinical and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
- Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing.
- Strong communication skills with both patients and parents.
- Ability to work efficiently in a multi-provider, team-oriented environment.
