Interventional Pain Management Physician / Physiatrist – Queens & Long Island, NY
Full-Time | $300,000 Annual Salary

Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Position is split between offices in New Hyde Park and Richmond Hill.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatrist to join our established practice serving patients across Queens and Long Island.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a friendly, professional, and personable environment that offers flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to focus on comprehensive pain management. The physician will evaluate and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal, and chronic pain conditions, with a strong emphasis on interventional procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal, and other medical conditions affecting movement and function.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s condition and goals.
  • Coordinate conservative treatment options, including physical therapy and acupuncture.
  • Perform injections and interventional pain-management procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across both office locations.

Interventional Procedures:
Procedures may include:
  • Cervical and lumbar epidural injections.
  • Medial branch blocks.
  • Radiofrequency ablation.
  • Spinal cord stimulator trials.
  • Percutaneous discectomy.
  • SI joint injections and fusion.
  • Joint injections.
  • Additional interventional pain-management procedures.

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
  • Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
  • Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management.
  • Active or eligible New York medical license.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills.
