Compensation:

$28.00 – $30.00 per hour
$58,240 – $62,400 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One-hour lunch break
No weekends

We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join a growing dental laboratory in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializing in complex implant restorations and All-on-X cases.

This opportunity is ideal for a dental professional with extensive oral surgery, periodontal, or full-arch implant coordination experience who enjoys building strong relationships with referring doctors and ensuring complex cases move smoothly through the laboratory.

The position offers long-term growth potential into laboratory administration and operational management.

Previous dental experience and a strong understanding of All-on-X workflows are required.
