About the Opportunity
Join a leading, privately-owned Oral Surgery group in beautiful San Diego, CA. This a full-time role but the practice is willing to consider strong part-time applicants. Our state-of-the-art practice is fully equipped to handle complex procedures, including orthognathic and zygomatic surgeries, with the latest advancements in technology, including the X-NAV robotic system. This practice is not DSO-owned or managed, ensuring a personalized and independent work environment.
Practice Overview:
- Facility: Modern surgical bays, equipped with cutting-edge technology;
- Technology: X-NAV dynamic implant guidance system, advanced imaging and surgical instruments;
- Team Support: Dedicated team member to manage referring providers and ensure a consistent patient flow;
Position Details:
- Compensation: $2,000 daily draw with a collections true-up on a sliding scale (35%-39% based on key revenue targets)
- Earning Potential: $700,000+ annually;
- Relocation Assistance: Available based on provider’s needs;
- Schedule: Full-time preferred, but open to part-time applicants
- Employment Type: W-2

Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Eligible Oral Surgeon
