The office is equipped with CBCT technology and currently features four surgical operatories, with the ability to expand as patient volume continues to grow. Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a high-performing practice following an unexpected vacancy. This is a priority hire with immediate patient demand and the ability to become highly productive from day one.
The ideal candidate is confident, efficient, and motivated to take advantage of a strong referral base while delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery including extractions, implants, bone grafting, and surgical procedures within scope of training.
- Utilize CBCT imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Communicate effectively with patients and referring providers.
- Collaborate with an experienced surgical team to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and ethical care practices.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible preferred.
- Active Pennsylvania dental license (or eligibility).
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
