Location: Rockford, Illinois
Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity
Compensation & Benefits:
- $1,500 – $2,000 per day based on experience.
- 45% of collections (historically 95–98% collection rate).

- No nights required.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Oral Surgeon to join a well-established, high-demand surgical environment in Rockford, Illinois. This opportunity offers immediate access to a strong referral network and the ability to build a full schedule quickly due to high patient demand and limited specialist availability in the area.
This role provides the opportunity to perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures in a highly productive setting while making a meaningful impact on an underserved patient population.
Technology & Clinical Environment:
- 4 dedicated sedation-certified surgical assistants per provider.
- Efficient surgical workflow with strong clinical support.
- High-volume surgical schedule:
- 6–10 surgeries per day
- 10–12 consults per day (based on provider preference)
- Modern clinical setting designed for surgical efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full scope of oral surgery procedures including:
- Third molar extractions and complex extractions.
- Dental implants and bone grafting.
- IV sedation and anesthesia cases.
- Full arch and hybrid procedures.
- Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality care in both surgical and consultative settings.
- Collaborate with referring providers and internal clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
- Board Certified (required).
- Active Illinois dental license or ability to obtain.
- Strong surgical skillset with experience in sedation and implantology.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
