Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our thriving private practice in Trenton, Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys building efficient systems, developing high-performing teams, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
Our practice currently produces $60,000-$70,000 per month and is looking for someone who can help take our office to the next level through organization, accountability, and leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office.
- Develop and implement efficient office systems and workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and support the administrative team.
- Create structure, accountability, and a positive team culture.
- Manage billing, collections, insurance follow-up, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor key performance indicators and practice goals.
- Ensure exceptional patient service from scheduling through treatment completion.
- Collaborate with the doctor to improve office efficiency and profitability.
- Utilize Open Dental practice management software.
- Foster a professional, drama-free workplace focused on teamwork and patient care.
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of dental office management experience.
- Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance, collections, and financial systems.
- Experience implementing office systems and improving workflows.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience with Open Dental software preferred.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented.
- Passion for creating a positive team culture and delivering outstanding patient care.
