Dental Assistant II.
Location: Wayzata, Minnesota.
Status: Full-Time.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Compensation:
  • $37.00 – $40.00 per hour.
  • Annualized: $76,960 – $83,200 based on full-time schedule.

  • The Dental Assistant II will play a key role in supporting clinical procedures, maintaining efficient patient flow, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist providers during restorative, surgical, and specialty procedures.
  • Prepare and break down operatories before and after treatment.
  • Take digital radiographs and assist with diagnostic records.
  • Ensure strict infection control and sterilization standards are maintained.
  • Provide chairside support to maintain efficient clinical flow.
  • Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative care instructions.
  • Accurately document clinical notes and treatment information.
  • Maintain organization of supplies, instruments, and clinical equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Current Dental Assistant II certification required.
  • Prior clinical dental assisting experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience with dental software and digital technology preferred.
