Location: Wayzata, Minnesota.
Status: Full-Time.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Compensation:
- $37.00 – $40.00 per hour.
- Annualized: $76,960 – $83,200 based on full-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist providers during restorative, surgical, and specialty procedures.
- Prepare and break down operatories before and after treatment.
- Take digital radiographs and assist with diagnostic records.
- Ensure strict infection control and sterilization standards are maintained.
- Provide chairside support to maintain efficient clinical flow.
- Educate patients regarding treatment and post-operative care instructions.
- Accurately document clinical notes and treatment information.
- Maintain organization of supplies, instruments, and clinical equipment.
Qualifications:
- Current Dental Assistant II certification required.
- Prior clinical dental assisting experience required.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Experience with dental software and digital technology preferred.
