Position Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Lead General Dentist to join one of Atlanta's premier dental practices. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-producing, fully established office with an outstanding patient base, exceptional technology, and a clear pathway toward future practice ownership.
This role is designed for a true Super GP—a clinician who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry at a high level while leading complex treatment planning and delivering exceptional patient experiences. You'll inherit an established schedule from a successful associate while working alongside an experienced clinical team in one of Midtown Atlanta's most prestigious professional buildings.
With more than 80 new patients each month, 4,500 active patients, and four to five columns of hygiene daily, this practice offers immediate production potential for a provider ready to build upon an already thriving foundation.

Practice Overview:
  • Premier 10-operatory practice in one of Midtown Atlanta's most desirable locations.
  • Over 4,500 active patients.
  • More than 80 new patients every month.
  • Predominantly PPO and fee-for-service patient base with significant cash-pay volume.
  • Four to five hygiene columns operating daily.
  • All dental specialties performed in-house, including:
  • Periodontics.
  • Oral Surgery.
  • Endodontics.
  • Implant Dentistry.
  • State-of-the-art technology including:
  • CBCT imaging.
  • iTero 5D digital scanner.
  • Modern digital workflow.
  • Strong clinical and administrative support team.
  • Immediate opportunity to assume an established patient schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on exceptional clinical outcomes.
  • Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and advanced treatment planning.
  • Provide complex restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
  • Perform molar and anterior endodontic procedures.
  • Place and restore dental implants.
  • Complete veneer and comprehensive cosmetic cases.
  • Collaborate with in-house specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on treatment options while maintaining exceptional case acceptance.
  • Mentor and support the clinical team while helping maintain the highest standards of patient care.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of one of the organization's flagship practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Active Georgia dental license in good standing (or ability to obtain).
  • Current CPR certification.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of comprehensive clinical experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success producing $100,000+ per month.
  • Proven experience practicing comprehensive "Super GP" dentistry.
