- As Clinical Dental Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the clinical culture of the practice, supporting providers, maintaining high standards of care, and partnering with leadership to drive operational success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to dentists, hygienists, assistants, and support staff.
- Uphold and model high standards of patient care, safety, and ethical practice.
- Oversee clinical protocols, quality assurance initiatives, and evidence-based treatment standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of clinical team members.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, OSHA standards, and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with leadership on scheduling, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Review and support complex treatment planning and case presentations.
- Mentor providers to support clinical growth and consistency of care.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient experience.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvements when necessary.
- Participate in community outreach and professional development initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Illinois dental license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience required.
- Previous leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience preferred.
