Lead Dentist

Location: Medford Area

Full-Time

Schedule: 4 days per week (Full-Time)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Lead Dentist to join our established practice in the Medford area of New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys clinical autonomy while also taking on a leadership role within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

As Lead Dentist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive care while supporting and mentoring team members. You will be supported by a strong clinical and administrative team, advanced technology, and a loyal patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care.
Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
Lead and mentor associate dentists and clinical team members.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Utilize advanced digital technology to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols.
Support practice growth through patient relationships and clinical excellence.
Participate in continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active New Jersey dental license (or ability to obtain).
DEA registration as required.
Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience required.
GPR or AEGD preferred.
Proven proficiency in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care.
Ability to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
