Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Venice, Florida. Our practice serves a higher-end, predominantly PPO patient population and is looking for a provider who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, building strong patient relationships, and developing thoughtful treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

$800–$850 daily guarantee.
Tiered compensation structure of 32%–34% of net collections.
Uncapped earning potential.
$2,000 annual continuing education allowance.
$10,000 retention bonus after Year 1.
Additional $10,000 retention bonus after Year 2.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
Deliver high-quality preventive and restorative general dentistry.
Perform bread-and-butter general dentistry while managing more comprehensive cases based on clinical experience.
Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health.
Build trust and lasting relationships through excellent patient communication.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Maintain high standards of clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active Florida dental license in good standing or ability to obtain.
Current CPR certification.
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dentistry.
