Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dental care
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and available treatment options
- Deliver high-quality clinical care while maintaining excellent patient relationships
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with hygienists, specialists, and support staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations and professional standards
Minimum Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Massachusetts dental license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong new graduates with excellent clinical training are encouraged to apply
