Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dental care
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and available treatment options
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care while maintaining excellent patient relationships
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
  • Collaborate with hygienists, specialists, and support staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with all state regulations and professional standards

Minimum Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active Massachusetts dental license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
  • Current CPR certification
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong new graduates with excellent clinical training are encouraged to apply
