- Monday: Off.
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Practice Overview:
Join a well-established, patient-centered dental practice in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, that is seeking a permanent General Dentist to join the team. The ideal candidate will begin by providing coverage during a provider's maternity leave starting in October 2026 before transitioning into a long-term associate role within the practice.
We also recognize that some providers may be interested exclusively in a temporary assignment, so locum candidates are encouraged to apply.
You'll work alongside an experienced clinical team in a collaborative environment with a loyal patient base and a strong hygiene program. On Fridays, you'll serve as the primary provider, while the remainder of the week you'll work alongside the existing doctor to ensure continuity of care.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused General Dentist to join our team. Our primary goal is to hire a permanent associate who can begin by covering a scheduled maternity leave in October before seamlessly transitioning into a long-term position within the practice.
We are also happy to consider locum tenens candidates who are available for the maternity leave assignment only.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and emergency care.
- Diagnose and present treatment plans that prioritize patient education and long-term oral health.
- Partner with the hygiene team to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Deliver exceptional clinical care while maintaining accurate documentation and the highest ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to provide an outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with an established team.
- Previous private practice experience preferred but not required.
