Position Overview
We are seeking a patient-focused General Dentist to join our established practice in Hanson, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to step into an existing patient base as we backfill a departing provider who will remain with the practice through July to ensure a smooth transition.
Located in Hanson, a desirable South Shore community, this area offers the perfect balance of suburban living and convenient access to Boston, Cape Cod, and the Massachusetts coastline. Practice Overview
- Established patient base with immediate production opportunity
- Modern digital workflow utilizing:
- Intraoral Cameras
- CEREC Scanner and Mill
- 3Shape TRIOS Scanner
- 4 operatories
- Supported by a strong hygiene department consisting of 3 Registered Dental Hygienists
- Two hygienists scheduled daily to support doctor productivity
- Collaborative and team-oriented clinical environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional clinical care and communication
- Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to ensure a positive patient experience
Minimum Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Massachusetts dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
