Practice Overview:
- Established community health center serving the community since 2010
- Patient population primarily participating in government-supported programs
- Approximately 96% of patients enrolled in government assistance programs
- Adult and pediatric patient mix
- Straightforward restorative and preventive dentistry focus
- Supportive clinical environment designed for efficiency and provider balance
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive and restorative dental care
- Perform simple extractions and denture fittings
- Treat both adult and pediatric patients
- Diagnose oral health conditions and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Maintain high clinical standards and patient-focused care
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD (or Canadian equivalent) from an accredited dental school
- Active Ontario dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable practicing bread-and-butter general dentistry
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Compassionate and community-oriented mindset
- Open to new graduates and experienced providers alike
