- Days: Wednesday 9am-6pm, Friday 8am-4pm, one Saturday a month 8am-1pm.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a confident and experienced General Dentist to join our family-owned, multi-location practice serving the Dobbs Ferry area. Located along the Hudson River, the Dobbs Ferry area offers a unique combination of suburban living and proximity to New York City. With excellent schools, dining, and outdoor recreation, it is one of the most desirable areas in Westchester County.

- $800 daily guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher).

Practice Overview:

- Experienced support staff and established patient base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
- Diagnose and treatment plan with full clinical autonomy.
- Perform a broad range of procedures including advanced dentistry as appropriate.
- Manage patient flow and maintain high production levels.
- Lead team communication, delegation, and operational coordination.
- Maintain high standards of care and patient experience.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active New York dental license.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required.
- Strong ability to work independently and lead a clinical team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to long-term stability (minimum one-year commitment required).
- Must not be seeking short-term or transitional roles.
