  • Days: Wednesday 9am-6pm, Friday 8am-4pm, one Saturday a month 8am-1pm.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a confident and experienced General Dentist to join our family-owned, multi-location practice serving the Dobbs Ferry area. This role is ideal for a dentist who thrives in an independent setting, enjoys full clinical autonomy, and is comfortable managing both patient care and team dynamics.

Located along the Hudson River, the Dobbs Ferry area offers a unique combination of suburban living and proximity to New York City. With excellent schools, dining, and outdoor recreation, it is one of the most desirable areas in Westchester County.

Practice Overview:
  • Newly renovated practice with modern, recently renovated facilities.
  • Fully digital workflow with cloud-based practice management system.
  • Comprehensive clinical services including implants, endodontics, Invisalign, and oral surgery.
  • Strong operational systems and collections performance.
  • Experienced support staff and established patient base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
  • Diagnose and treatment plan with full clinical autonomy.
  • Perform a broad range of procedures including advanced dentistry as appropriate.
  • Manage patient flow and maintain high production levels.
  • Lead team communication, delegation, and operational coordination.
  • Maintain high standards of care and patient experience.

Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Active New York dental license.
  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required.
  • Strong ability to work independently and lead a clinical team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to long-term stability (minimum one-year commitment required).
  • Must not be seeking short-term or transitional roles.
