Schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Optional).
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Saturday: 2x per month, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.

This large, well-established dental practice in Stratford, Connecticut offers a high-volume, patient-focused environment supported by modern technology and a strong clinical team. The office features 14 operatories and is fully equipped with CBCT imaging and iTero digital scanning, allowing for efficient diagnostics and comprehensive care.
The practice maintains a robust hygiene program with 4–6 hygienists during the week and 2–4 on Saturdays, ensuring a consistent patient flow and strong support for the provider. Multiple doctors are scheduled daily, creating a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a General Dentist to join the team in a replacement and backfill capacity due to a reduction in current provider availability. This role offers the opportunity to step into an established patient base with the potential to grow into additional days over time.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a busy environment, values collaboration, and is focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, preventive, and basic cosmetic procedures.
- Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and effectively.
- Utilize CBCT and digital scanning technology to support clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multi-provider team and strong hygiene department.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of care.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Connecticut dental license in good standing.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a multi-provider, fast-paced environment.
- Experience preferred, but confident providers will be considered.
