Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in North Conway, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong patient relationships, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative, fee-for-service environment.
You will work across two well-established locations with strong patient bases, supported by an experienced team and modern technology. This role is ideal for a provider who is open to coaching, values consistency in patient care, and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a relationship-driven practice.

- $800 daily guarantee for the first 90 days with quarterly true-up

Practice Overview:
- Two office locations with 6 operatories each
- Collaborative team including owner and associate providers
- Fee-for-service model with limited insurance participation (Delta Dental)
- Strong hygiene program with flexible assisted and single-column workflows
- Weekly meetings and structured onboarding for clinical alignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and implant-related care as appropriate
- Maintain consistency in treatment planning and patient communication
- Collaborate with hygiene and clinical team members across both locations
- Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active New Hampshire dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Open to coaching and collaboration within a team environment
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
