Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and surgical dental care.
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver preventative, restorative, and surgical procedures.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, state guidelines).
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain).
- Open to all experience levels.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
- Proficiency with modern dental technology and willingness to continue learning.
