Position Summary:

We are seeking a General Dentist to join a well-established, patient-centered practice in Rochester, MN. This opportunity offers a strong clinical environment with modern technology, an engaged team, and consistent patient demand.

Ideal for both experienced providers and new graduates, this role provides clinical autonomy along with mentorship and support to help you grow and succeed long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment planning.
Perform restorative, preventive, and basic surgical procedures.
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program (CODA).
Active or eligible dental license in the state of Minnesota.
