We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in Osage Beach, Missouri. This is a rare opportunity to step into a thriving, 100% fee-for-service practice with a strong and loyal patient base, while working alongside an experienced provider in a collaborative environment.
This role offers immediate participation in profit sharing with no buy-in required, creating a unique pathway to ownership-level earnings from day one. You will have full clinical autonomy and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a setting that prioritizes quality care and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and implant-related treatments
- Utilize advanced clinical technology to support diagnosis and treatment
- Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and post-treatment care
- Build strong patient relationships and contribute to long-term retention
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and high standards of care
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Missouri dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Ability to thrive in a fee-for-service environment
