General Dentist
Location: Hartwell
Full-Time

Schedule:

Three (3) clinical days per week (12-hour shifts)
No evenings or weekends required

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in Hartwell, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and delivering comprehensive, high-quality care in a modern and efficient environment.

You will be supported by a long-tenured, experienced team and a consistent patient base, allowing you to focus on providing excellent care while building lasting patient relationships.

Daily guarantee of $1,200–$1,500 for the first 120 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
Deliver procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canal therapy.
Interpret radiographs and diagnostic findings to guide treatment decisions.
Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and post-treatment care.
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient scheduling and a positive patient experience.
Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Active Georgia dental license (or ability to obtain).
Current CPR certification.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
Ability to work effectively in a productive clinical environment.
Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care.
