Position Summary:
A growing privately owned dental practice (not part of a DSO) in Lexington is seeking a General Dentist to join its collaborative and patient-focused team. This opportunity offers strong earning potential, a supportive clinical environment, and the ability to provide comprehensive dentistry within a modern practice that values autonomy, mentorship, and long-term professional growth. The practice is open to dentists at all experience levels who are motivated to develop their clinical skills while building lasting patient relationships.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $800 daily guarantee or greater, transitioning to 30% of production.
  • Fee-For-Service practice with limited PPO participation.
  • Company-paid lab fees.
  • $10,000 production bonus in the first year.

Schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose oral health conditions.
  • Develop and present detailed treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Provide restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, and bridgework.
  • Perform extractions, root canal therapy, and minor surgical procedures as clinically appropriate.
  • Interpret radiographs and other diagnostic findings.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention, and post-treatment care.
  • Prescribe medications to manage pain or infection when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient scheduling and excellent patient experience.

Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Active or eligible South Carolina dental license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a productive clinical environment.
  • Commitment to compliance with all applicable professional and regulatory standards.
