Endodontist – Part-Time
Location: Red Hill Area

Schedule:
Part-Time
1 day per week (Wednesday or Friday preferred)
Initial schedule: 2x per month, with plan to expand to weekly

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join our privately owned practice in the Red Hill area of Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to build a consistent specialty schedule within a supportive, multi-location practice with strong internal referral flow.

You will be the dedicated endodontic provider across two locations, with all internal endodontic cases directed to you. This role offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the ability to grow your presence and production over time.

  •  Established referral base of 20–30 endodontic cases per month 
  •  PPO-only patient base (no HMO or managed care plans) 
  •  Clinical autonomy in a privately owned practice 
  •  Opportunity to grow into a consistent weekly schedule 

Practice Overview:
  •  Two established practice locations with shared specialty support 
  •  Fully digital workflow using Eaglesoft 
  •  Schick digital imaging and on-site CBCT 
  •  Strong general dentist team driving internal referrals 
  •  Patient-focused, relationship-driven practice environment 

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Provide comprehensive endodontic care including root canal therapy and retreatments 
  •  Diagnose and develop treatment plans for endodontic conditions 
  •  Utilize CBCT and digital imaging for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning 
  •  Collaborate with general dentists across both locations 
  •  Educate patients on treatment options and post-procedure care 
  •  Maintain high clinical standards and documentation 

Qualifications:
  •  DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school 
  •  Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program 
  •  Active Pennsylvania dental license (or ability to obtain) 
  •  Strong proficiency in endodontic procedures 
  •  Excellent communication and patient relationship skills 
  •  Ability to work independently and build a specialty schedule 
  •  Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
