Dental Patient Receptionist
Location: Bethesda, Maryland
Status: Full-Time
Compensation:
- $50,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Full-time schedule.
- Two weekends per month required.
- Two consecutive days off each week to maintain work-life balance.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Dental Patient Receptionist who will serve as the face of the practice and the first point of contact for every patient. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, remembers details about patients and their families, and creates a warm, welcoming environment from the moment someone walks through the door.
The right candidate is personable, empathetic, highly reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Create a welcoming and positive first impression for all patients.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling and general inquiries.
- Verify patient insurance and ensure accurate information is on file.
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records.
- Coordinate front desk workflow to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Build relationships with patients by remembering personal details and preferences.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior dental or medical front desk experience preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
