Registered Dental Hygienist

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $59/hour.
- Annualized Compensation: Approximately $98,176/year (based on 32 hours/week).
- Additional Earnings: Production-based bonus opportunity.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing, privately owned dental practice in Bloomington, MN. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and trust-building.
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling and removal of deposits and stains.
- Conduct periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings.
- Take and process dental radiographs.
- Apply fluoride and other preventive treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and long-term dental health.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical knowledge of hygiene procedures and patient care.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
