Registered Dental Hygienist
Location: Westerville, OH

Schedule:
- Monday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Flexible for full-time or part-time coverage
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $40–$55/hour
- Annualized Compensation: Approximately $83,200 – $114,400/year (based on full-time schedule)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a modern, privately owned practice committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment with one-hour appointment times, allowing you to provide thorough, comprehensive care while building strong relationships with your patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling and removal of deposits and stains.
- Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings.
- Take and process dental radiographs.
- Apply fluoride and other preventive treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and charting.
- Support the dentist during dental and medical emergencies as needed.
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of dental equipment.
- Monitor and manage dental supply inventory.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Local anesthesia certification required.
- Nitrous oxide certification preferred (or required per state guidelines).
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
