Dental Assistant II - Specialty Practices
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina.
Status: Full-Time.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Daily morning huddle begins at 7:40 AM.
Compensation:
- $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Annualized: $49,920 - $58,240 based on full-time schedule.
Position Summary:
We are seeking multiple experienced Dental Assistant II professionals to join our growing specialty team in Greensboro, NC. This opportunity is ideal for motivated assistants who are passionate about specialty dentistry and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
The Dental Assistant II will play a critical role in supporting specialty providers while helping deliver an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be comfortable working efficiently across specialty procedures and maintaining strong attention to detail in a high-volume setting.
We are currently hiring 4-5 DA II team members to support continued growth within our specialty hub.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist specialty providers during a variety of advanced dental procedures.
- Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials for patient treatment.
- Take digital radiographs and other diagnostic records as needed.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection control standards.
- Provide chairside support to ensure efficient patient flow and scheduling.
- Educate patients regarding post-operative instructions and treatment expectations.
- Accurately document clinical notes and assist with charting.
- Maintain inventory and organization of specialty treatment rooms.
Qualifications:
- Current Dental Assistant II certification in North Carolina required.
- Previous specialty assisting experience required.
- Strong knowledge of specialty dental procedures and instrumentation.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong professionalism and reliability.
- Experience with dental software and digital technology preferred.
