Compensation:
  •  Base Salary: $80,000 annually.
  •  Bonus Opportunity: Performance-based bonus with total earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually.

Schedule:
  •  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  •  Two weekend days per month required.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-volume, multi-provider practice. This role is ideal for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while driving operational efficiency and growth.

The Office Manager will play a critical role in overseeing front office operations, supporting clinical workflows, improving case acceptance, and maintaining a strong, accountable team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  •  Manage scheduling systems to optimize provider productivity and patient flow.
  •  Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, and case acceptance.
  •  Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  •  Ensure accurate insurance verification, claims processing, and accounts receivable management.
  •  Support treatment plan presentation and financial discussions with patients.
  •  Lead, coach, and support front office and administrative team members.
  •  Maintain strong communication between providers and support staff.
  •  Address performance concerns and support team development.
  •  Ensure compliance with office policies, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
  •  Handle patient concerns and provide high-level customer service.
  •  Support patient retention and internal growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
  •  3–5+ years of dental office management or front office leadership experience required.
  •  Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) required.
  •  Strong knowledge of PPO insurance workflows, verification, and claims processing.
  •  Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financials with patients.
  •  Familiarity with dental procedure coding and insurance documentation.
  •  Experience with practice management systems; Eaglesoft preferred.
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  •  Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
